Dr. Yasir Israr practices exclusively in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, with a case philosophy built around precision, biology, and evidence. The clinic is one of the first in the region to routinely offer shape memory aligner therapy, a next-generation approach that uses temperature-activated polymers for gentler, more predictable tooth movement.
Complex adult cases are planned digitally end-to-end. Skeletal expansion is delivered through custom-designed MARPE appliances; combined orthodontic-surgical cases are worked up with the referring maxillofacial team; and finishing is done through digital indirect bonding for bracket accuracy that hand-placement cannot match.

Each case is planned digitally from records to finish. Techniques below are used both independently and in combination.
Custom MARPE
Miniscrew-assisted rapid palatal expansion designed patient-specific from CBCT. Skeletal expansion in adults without surgery, with predictable, symmetric outcomes.
Shape memory aligners
Temperature-activated aligner therapy. Gentler force delivery, better patient tolerance, and improved tracking on rotational and torque movements compared to conventional thermoplastics.
Orthognathic surgical planning
Combined orthodontic-surgical treatment for skeletal Class II, III, and asymmetry cases. Full digital workup, pre-surgical decompensation, and post-surgical finishing.
Digital indirect bonding
Brackets positioned virtually on a digital setup, then transferred with 3D-printed trays. Sub-millimetre placement accuracy, shorter chair time, fewer finishing bends.
